The Clubhouse - a.k.a. "The Treehouse"

PMRC Structure

The PMRC is an incorporated organization registered with the Dept of Fair Trading, with a Committee of nine members, elected at an annual AGM. Sub committees are formed to manage specific tasks, including 3 significant large-scale event fundraisers. The greatest asset of our club is our members, who bring a diverse range of skills and knowledge which contribute to the effective management and functioning of the club and reduce operating costs. In addition, the Club has a Strategic sub-committee, responsible for a 5-year strategic plan, and Boat Purchase sub-committee which has the task of identifying future boat needs.

PMRC leases its land from Council, maintains this land, owns the clubhouse and shed and a fleet of club boats, and is responsible for maintaining the toilet facilities block.
