- Blades
should be off water and parallel to it.
- Body 15 degrees past vertical,
sitting back.
- Watch hands move away.
- Elbows move towards each other to create straight but
not locked arms.
- Hands brush as they cross.
- Left hand in front of right.
- Hands move away from body.
Note: There should be minimum gap between hand heights. This
is set by correct detail to rigging.

Note: In early boat building wooden chocks were placed
at front and back of slide to stop seat sliding off.
- 3 - 5 sets of 10 max.
