Points to note
Exercise
  • Boat passes blade placement.
  • HANDS move in straight line parallel to water.
  • Hand grip - no tension.
  • Forearms parallel to water.
  • Wrists flat.
  • Body 15 degrees past vertical.
  • Open chest.
  • Legs flat, not locked.
  • Blades buried.
  1. Sit at Finish position and check structure.
  2. Single stroke, stop at finish, in ie double one at a time, lightly.
  3. 3 -5 sets of 3.


Take time between exercises.
